Position Summary
The Estimator / Project Manager will prepare accurate cost estimates, manage project budgets and schedules, and oversee all phases of commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Youll be the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and field teamsensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, field experience in masonry or concrete restoration, and a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Estimate and manage commercial restoration and waterproofing projects from concept to completion.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate takeoffs, budgets, and proposals.
Analyze costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Prepare detailed scopes of work, bid packages, and client proposals.
Oversee project executionmonitoring schedule, cost, and quality performance.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project issues.
Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience in commercial construction may be considered.
Experience :
5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
Proven experience in restoration, waterproofing, masonry, or concrete repair projects.
Experience with self-performing contractors or specialty trades preferred.
Familiarity with historic preservation and building envelope systems (masonry, concrete, stone, curtain walls, windows, roofing).
Skills & Knowledge :
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary : $90,000 $100,000 annually (based on experience)
