About the Role

Were Dispatch Goods, and were building a circular packaging system to replace single-use waste with durable, reusable, injection-molded magic. To keep our supply chain humming, were hiring someone who is :

• scrappy (like actually scrappy)
• super relentless (you follow up until the thing gets done)
• a creative problem solver (you love puzzles, chaos, and fixing whats broken)
• STEM-minded (degree helpful but not required; brain wiring required)
• early career or a new grad
• excellent at something sports, robotics, side hustles, debate, mathletes, building weird stuff anything that shows grit + achievement

Zero experience in sourcing or supply chain required.

We can teach you what a mold, MOQ, or OTIF is.

We cannot teach scrappiness, grit, or follow-through.

Youll help keep our global supply chain running as we scale reusable packaging across the food industry. That means you will :
