Billing Associate

Our client a leading business service firm is seeking biller to join its important billing department. The role offers an outstanding opportunity be trained in every aspect of billing for the company. It will allow a great opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities :

Participate as a key member of the billing team. Coordinate sales data with billing team and process information to be sent to customers.

Monitoring accounts status, reconciling payments, and updating billing information in systems.

Investigating and resolving billing errors or discrepancies, communicating with internal teams and clients as needed

Maintain accurate and complete billing records, including invoices, payments and related documentation.

Assist in other administrative functions, as required.

Requirements :

1 year of billing or clerical experience

Strong software skills, Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks a Plus
