Position : Assistant Studio Manager
BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Assistant Studio Manager for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Assistant Studio Manager will work closely with the owner to directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. They should have strong background in Sales and customer service.

The Assistant Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitabilityProvide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training, new hire onboarding and support of the Sales Team and CoachesResponsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceAttend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate WebinarsEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budgetHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and CoachEnsure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.Plan and promote special events for the studio monthlyResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundMust be a Body20 Influencer and always lead by exampleMust be a valued resource for employees and has working knowledge of Body20 systemsSpend a minimum of 40+ hours in studio weekly including one full weekend dayThe right person may have the future opportunity to manage up to three studio locations.Qualifications
1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industryAssociate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of managementMinimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenueExperience with ClubReady a plusWho Are We?
