Position Title : 13R AIT Instructor

Division :   Potawatomi Training

Location : Ft. Sill, OK

Hourly Rate : $27.72 hourly + $4.93 H&W

Position Summary

Instructor Potawatomi Training is seeking AIT Instructors to support 13R AIT Instruction within the Field Artillery Campus. The Instructor position requires on site classroom instruction IAW with TRADOC regulations and curriculum updates as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide instruction to 13 R MOS AIT students.
• Follow approved Programs of Instruction for 13 R MOS and prepare to teach to standard the contents of each lesson plan subject.
• Make modifications to adapt material to the needs of the class.
• Ensure total time, training devices use, and topics are in accordance with the approved POIs and lesson plans.
• Present classroom and field instruction on technical capabilities of the equipment and systems associated with each of the 13 R MOS.

This includes but is not limited to classroom, hands-on, simulation / virtual field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment.

Follow instructional techniques and procedures in all associated regulations.

Ensure training objectives are met.

Determining and selecting the instructional methods.
