Account Executive / Business Development

If you're a goal-driven, professional salesperson who loves identifying and solving client problems, this may be the career for you. The focus of a MadAveGroup Account Executive is new key and major account sales. You'll be responsible for finding potential clients, identifying their problems, creating solutions, and then designing and selling long-term agreements for our agencies' marketing services. Account Manager

Digital Marketing Strategist

Primary Roles :

  • Perform desktop research into our prospects and clients, their industry, and competitors across multiple markets.
  • Conduct audits of client's or prospect's online assets such as website, profiles, data, content, social media, digital advertising, and other digital marketing functions.
  • Audit and identify opportunities for clients and prospects to improve their user experience using digital technology.
  • Assist the marketing manager with the creation of a robust digital marketing plan.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to clients' websites.
  • Develop strategies to track and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, projects, and programs.
  • Utilize a range of techniques including SEO, PPC, content marketing.
  • Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Oversee the work of the digital marketing team specialists and producers to ensure work is aligned with defined strategies.
  • Analyze audience data in order to optimize digital marketing activities and make recommendations for ongoing digital efforts.
  • Track, measure, and analyze results of executed tasks and provide recommendations for courses of action for improvement to the marketing manager on a continual basis.
  • Establish, follow, and stay up to date with digital technology, product development, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop and maintain an expertise in the stages of a consumer's buying cycle and apply it to the buying journey they experience with your clients.
  • Structure and present program recommendations to the marketing manager monthly.
  • Assist the sales team with digital solutions, strategies, and tactics.
  • Accompany sales associates during digital sales or fulfillment discoveries and / or proposals for prospective digital marketing solutions as needed.
  • Serve as a digital marketing expert to MadAveGroup employees, clients, and prospects.
