Tax Analyst - Global Organization | Hybrid

A leading global organization is seeking a Tax Analyst to join their team near Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex, international environment with exposure to federal, state, and international tax matters.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparation of federal and state corporate tax filings, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Prepare supporting schedules and workpapers for tax compliance and reporting.
• Assist with various compliance requirements including Forms 5472.
• Research tax issues and support documentation for filing positions.
• Participate in tax-related projects, including business restructurings and realignments.
