Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of IR experience to join a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a short-term acute care hospital
  • Handles a daily caseload of 20-25 procedures
  • Uses Siemens imaging equipment
  • Works 4x10 hour day shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM
  • No call, weekend, holiday, or floating requirements
  • Epic charting system is used and experience is required
  • First-time travelers are welcomed for this position
  • Scrubs are provided
  • Free parking is available on site
  • Candidates must be willing to float within their scope of experience if needed
  • Returning travelers are welcome without a waiting period between contracts
  • Maximum 10 days of requested time off will be considered

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology
  • BLS certification required
  • Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment
  • Previous experience with Epic EMR required
  • Applicants must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment
  • License required if applicable
