What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and execute a technical software development strategy in the document management domain
  • Act as the functional tech lead for the cross-functional product development team, ensuring quality and performance of solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering team members, and customers to solve complex problems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team while influencing leadership at all levels
  • Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, or C#
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience on large-scale distributed systems
  • 8+ years of experience with architecture and design
  • 6+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience building products with micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
  • Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
  • Fluency in DevOps concepts and best practices in CI / CD pipelines
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools and performance assessments
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
