MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local clients are NOW HIRING for 2nd shift Warehouse Associate in the Greenwood I N , area!

Position : Warehouse Associate

Shift : 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Pay : $17.75 / hour

Location : Greenwood

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role plays an important part in keeping production and logistics running smoothly and meeting customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, process, store, move, and ship parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

Use work orders and documentation to verify quantities, destinations, and timing.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, hand trucks, and dollies.

Use machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging.

Safely operate and perform basic checks on mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment.

Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.

Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.

Basic math skills.

Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to use basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, etc.).

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.

Ability to lift, lower, push, or pull materials of various weights.

Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.

Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures.

Additional Info

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
