Ops Medical Malpractice Investigator
The Department of Health is seeking an Ops Medical Malpractice Investigator. This position is responsible for investigating allegations of state and federal laws against unlicensed individuals posing as licensed health care practitioners. The duties include investigating complaints, coordinating with law enforcement, preparing reports, and testifying in administrative hearings.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include proficient computer skills, knowledge of legal codes and government regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively and manage time. Qualifications include five years of professional experience in investigative, law enforcement, or related fields, and a valid driver license.
