We’re working with leading Developers and Construction Management firms in  Westchester County, NY

  • Stamford, CT
  • Norfolk, CT
  • Northern NJ
  • Philadelphia, PA   who are looking to bring on experienced  Superintendents and Project Managers .

🔨 About the Roles :

  • Oversee and manage stick frame, ground-up multifamily residential (multi-unit) projects
  • Coordinate construction schedules, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to drive long-term growth

    • 👷 What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or PM in multifamily ground-up construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and on-site safety
  • A track record of success with stick frame builds
