The role serves as a strategic knowledge leader in agribusiness sales, marketing, and credit, while staying ahead of trends in agricultural technology. The VP will manage complex customer relationships, provide expert financial solutions, and maintain GreenStone’s reputation as an industry leader.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering value‑added insights and solutions.Cultivate a respected presence in the marketplace as an industry leader.Manage a portfolio of some of GreenStone’s largest and most complex agribusiness customers.Gather financial information, identify customer needs, and provide innovative solutions.Expert Knowledge
Maintain deep expertise in agribusiness markets and GreenStone’s territory.Stay current on finance, macroeconomics, and competitive products / services.Monitor emerging technologies and business practices to deliver exceptional value.Provide credit expertise and ensure risk is managed effectively.Community Engagement
Represent GreenStone through active involvement in local, regional, and national agricultural organizations.Deliver presentations and thought leadership to industry groups.Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant agribusiness / farming sales experience will be considered.Experience
Minimum 5 years in agribusiness, agricultural credit, or related field required.8+ years of large / specialized agribusiness lending experience preferred.Skills & Attributes
