Responsibilities :

Order Coordination : Manage the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served promptly.

Quality Control : Check each dish for accuracy and presentation before it leaves the kitchen, ensuring it meets the restaurant's standards.

Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between kitchen staff and waitstaff, relaying information about order status and any issues that arise.

Final Preparation : Assist in the final plating and garnishing of dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and ready for service.

Problem Resolution : Address any discrepancies or issues with food orders, including delays or mistakes, to maintain customer satisfaction.

Sanitation Standards : Uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling practices.

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen and service staff.

Strong ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Keen eye for detail to ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

High School Diploma / GED a plus but not required
