Key Responsibilities :
Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for coaching, ensuring alignment with sales and product goals
Partner with sales teams to identify and close coaching opportunities while providing training and support
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for coaching solutions and engage directly with clients to present tailored solutions
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in learning or coaching solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic growth
Deep understanding of coaching methodologies and organizational transformation
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
