AlliedTravelCareers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Cody, Wyoming, 82414!

About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Days shift position in Cody, Wyoming. This Therapy role is based in the Physical Therapist and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.

Position Requirements

  • Active Wyoming license and / or Compact license
  • Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Physical Therapist experience
  • 2 current clinical references

Documentation Requirements

  • Current resume
  • Physical exam (within 12 months)
  • TB skin test (within 12 months)
  • Titers - MMR / Hep B / Varicella
  • Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
  • Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
  • Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
