Schedule : Monday through Friday (10 : 00pm - 06 : 00am) & Saturday & Sunday (8am-4pm) & (10 : 00pm-6 : 00am)

Location / Setting : Sapulpa, OK

Acuity : High Acuity (Trach / Vent)
