Job Description

Carolina Specialties Construction is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Commercial Construction Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Commercial construction project estimating experience.
• Communicate effectively to assist in coordinating pre-construction actives with external trade partners.
• Possess an understanding of construction estimating methods and procedures with possible experience in various project delivery methods such as Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Public Bid.
• Ability to work directly with senior pre-construction staff in the estimate preparation process during preconstruction and complete a proper transfer with the construction team.
