following shifts : Evening :

3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Night :

11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

Mid

Shifts : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM and 7 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM

Job Description

Harbor–UCLA Medical Center is seeking a skilled and

dependable CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT imaging

procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting physicians in diagnostic

processes. This role requires flexibility to work multiple shift types and

deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

high-quality CT examinations in accordance with physician orders and

departmental protocols

Prepare

and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper

technique

Operate

CT scanners and related equipment with accuracy and technical proficiency

Evaluate

image quality and ensure all scans meet diagnostic standards

Maintain

accurate patient records and documentation

Follow

radiation safety regulations and infection control policies

Communicate

effectively with patients, nurses, physicians, and team members

Assist

with contrast administration following facility guidelines

Troubleshoot

equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly

Qualifications

ARRT

CT certification

Experience

with Canon and Siemens imaging equipment

Venipuncture

certification / experience

Experience

in trauma and stroke imaging environments.

• Flexibility

Minimum

of 1 year CT experience in an acute care or hospital setting (or as

specified by Harbor–UCLA)
