PCU Nursing Job Details Location : Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304 Healthcare Setting : Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – 6 Valley Pavilion Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 2 / 2026) Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), 3 shifts / week (36 hours / week) Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1850 - $1900 Patient Ratio : 1 : 4-5 Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours : After 2 call-offs per 13-week assignment, all contracted hours are guaranteed Charting System : Epic Scrub Colors : Royal blue and white Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or Step Down nursing experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Must pass EKG exam (no exceptions) Epic charting experience required Ability to float within scope to meet hospital needs Travel nurses must live at least 50 miles from the facility First-time travel nurses welcome!
