Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's in Electrical / Computer Engineering. 8-15 years of digital design experience with FPGA projects. Proficiency in VHDL and FPGA design tools (Xilinx, Altera). Experience with PCIe, Ethernet (1G / 10G), TSN, and system-level design / verification. Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures, high-speed design, and DO-254 certification processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience with Verilog, UVM, and embedded C / C++ designs is preferred

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design, development, and optimization of digital circuits / systems using VHDL.
- Verify and validate designs through simulations and testing.
- Collaborate with architects, hardware, and software teams to define requirements and solutions.
- Debug and optimize FPGA hardware / software interactions.
- Document design processes and results.
- Plan and manage development schedules and resources.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of methods, tools, and technologies.
