Job Title : Accounts Payable / Receivable Manager
The Opportunity : The AP / AR Manager leads the Accounts Payable and Accounting Coordinator team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of vendor invoices, approvals, and payments. This role sets and monitors clear performance metrics, coaches team members to optimize workflows, and implements process improvements that enhance accuracy and speed. The AP / AR Manager partners closely with other departments to resolve issues, strengthen vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Success in this position is measured by meeting payment deadlines, improving cycle times, and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.

What You'll Do :
- Reconcile accounts and monitor cash flow across multiple companies.
- Serve as subject matter expert on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and invoicing projects.
- Lead, coach, and manage the AP / AR team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
- Oversee AP operations, including vendor master data management, invoice processing, disbursements, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and internal business leaders.
- Recruit, train, and develop AP team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and enhance internal controls.
- Coordinate and complete annual 1099 filings for subsidiaries.
- Resolve escalated inquiries and dispute, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand strategies, trends, and operational needs.
- Prepare and submit batches for the third-party vendor payment system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops or training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent training and related experience5+ years AP / AR management experience strongly desired.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingStrong investigation and follow-up skills; attention to detailProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, boxes of documents)Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide cross section of individualsAbility to effectively lead and coach a teamBenefits :
