Our Entry Level Verizon Representatives are truly the cornerstone of brand representation. Entry Level Verizon Representatives are the first faces our valued customers see and are responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience. This role involves daily customer interactions, so an ideal candidate will have customer service, sales, or retail experience. However, this role is entry level, so no formal experience is required. Entry Level Ve rizon Representative Day-to-Day :

Work directly with customers to educate them on Verizon’s products and services and offer tailored solutions throughout the sales process

Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors’ promotions to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate with fellow Verizon Representatives to analyze and track sales data, identifying areas for improvement within promotional campaigns

Build strong relationships with customers to drive company revenue and maximize brand loyalty

Plan and present meetings for Verizon Representatives to increase efficiency within the team and streamline the overall sales process

Adhere to all company, client, and CDC guidelines during all customer interactions to ensure our safety and the customers’
