Georgia Licensed Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - WMG Primary Care Nurse Access PRN.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and triage via telephone or secure messaging platforms

Provide pre and post-procedure education and follow-up care for patients

Coordinate communication and documentation of patient care with healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred

Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)

BLS certification required upon hire

Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience

Preferred experience in a physician practice setting and virtual care services
