United States Steel Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Maintenance Tech who will be responsible for performing technical and analytical support within the department. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities : \n

  • Review and interpret electrical diagrams

\n

  • Perform technical and analytical tasks in support of quality assurance initiatives

    • \n

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and quality standards

    • \n

  • Work safely and effectively while standing and walking for extended periods on a repetitive basis

    • \n

  • Operate effectively across multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

    • \n

    Requirements : \n

  • Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent area of study

    • \n

  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams

    • \n

  • Successful completion of the written QA test

    • \n

  • Valid driver's license

    • \n

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays

    • \n

  • Basic computer skills

    • \n

  • Ability to work safely in a plant environment, including prolonged standing / walking

    • \n
