The Maintenance Custodian Associate is responsible for keeping the member environment safe and clean, including the parking lot, restrooms, and floors. You will be on your feet during your shift and should maintain a positive attitude to ensure a great member experience from start to finish.
Base pay range
$17.00 / hr - $24.00 / hr

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
- Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
- Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low
- Keep the facility safe by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
- Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
