Project Accountant

Description

My client is well established general contractor in NYC. They have been rapidly growing year over year for several years and continue to have a strong and healthy outlook.

The Project Controller is looking to add to their team a Project Accountant.

As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).

They are located in Midtown, and in the office 5 days a week.

Compensation and titling is based on experience :

The range is between $85k - $100k base + discretionary bonus

The role will cover :

• AIA Billing, WIP (Work in Progress)
• AP / AR
• Working directly with the PM
• Payments to sub-contractors
• Working on the month end close
• Bank reconciliations, journal entries
