Location : Toms River, NJ (In-Person and / or Telehealth)

Position Type : Part-Time (weekly / Flexible Hours) or Full-Time (30 Clients / Week)

Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience, licensure, and credentials ($69K–$80K+)

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who’s not only clinically skilled, but also creative, curious, and passionate about holistic and trauma-informed healing. Whether you're newly licensed or deeply seasoned, we’d love to learn how you can help expand our vision.

What You’ll Do

Maintain a steady caseload of 15–30 clients per week with full scheduling flexibility

Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to client needs

Conduct intakes, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress

Complete timely and compliant documentation in line with insurance requirements

Offer services in-person or via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth

Participate in optional team consultations and peer support sessions

Uphold the highest ethical standards per NJ LPC guidelines

Collaborate with a supportive team open to holistic, out-of-the-box approaches

✅ What You Bring

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active LPC license in New Jersey (LACs not eligible at this time)

At least 2 years post-licensure experience preferred—but newly licensed LPCs are encouraged to apply!

Training or interest in EMDR, DBT, Family Systems, or other trauma-informed and integrative methods

Willingness to work with diverse populations including children, adolescents, couples, and families

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or neurodivergent populations a plus

Strong documentation and EHR skills; comfort with tech and telehealth platforms

A collaborative spirit and passion for helping others heal holistically
