Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Southwest Wichita, KS
Job Summary:
We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Southwest Wichita, KS. As an LPN with Specialized Home Care, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their home environment, providing skilled nursing care and education to help them become more independent. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and physician's plan of care
Accurately report and record patient condition and care
Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries
Assist patients with activities of daily living while teaching self-care techniques
Follow universal precautions and emergency procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year of experience as an LPN in a home care, med surg, or ED setting
Current state license as an LPN
Must be IV certified
Proof of current CPR certification and valid Driver's license
