Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role, based in Waco, TX. The Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, expediting materials and resources, inspecting project progress, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The role also entails working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project Management expertise, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Expediting and Expeditor skills for managing timelines and facilitating smooth workflows
• Inspection and quality assurance experience to oversee project progress and deliverables
• Logistics Management skills for coordinating resources and managing supply chain operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (procore & bluebeam).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus
