Benefits Project Co-Team Lead

A company is looking for an Academic Wage Salary : Benefits Project Co-Team Lead (AMP).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project team activities and determine priorities in collaboration with team members

Conduct impact analysis, process improvement, and testing in partnership with external consultants

Engage with community members and external consultants to manage change and gather input for the project

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience

Experience with benefits administration systems

Demonstrated experience in implementing system-wide solutions

Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners

Broad understanding of higher education business processes and governance
