Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities :
- Develop production routing and manufacturing drawings
- Utilize 3D CAD software to design fixtures
- Assist in the analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality
- Collaborate with operators to identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to optimize production cycles and identify bottlenecks
- Apply lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Support quality control initiatives, including assisting with root cause analysis of defects and implementing preventative measures
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or similarProficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA or other similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteGreat verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasksBenefits provided : 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law
