As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will be the first point of contact for many individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Mon 05 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Tue 05 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Wed 05 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Thur 05 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Fri 05 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Screen individuals, vehicles, and / or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location, adhering to established protocols.

Document and report any observed irregularities, suspicious behavior, or security-related incidents according to site procedures.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and site management to provide assistance and maintain a secure environment.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
