Responsibilities

Client Management : Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs.

Policy Administration : Oversee the processing and administration of insurance policies for commercial clients.

Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Renewals & Endorsements : Handle policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Claims Assistance : Provide clients with support during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to offer clients the best solutions.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

Licensing : Active P&C Licensed is required.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance account management.

Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency : Familiarity with insurance management software.

Local Requirement : Must be able to work on-site in Carmel, Indiana.
