We are seeking an inspiring and hands-on Creative Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of design across digital learning products, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences. In this role, you will guide a talented team of designers, content creators, and multimedia specialists to create engaging, inclusive, and impactful experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative direction with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence. Accountabilities :
- Define and drive the overall creative vision for digital platforms, marketing initiatives, and brand experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional creative team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all design touchpoints in partnership with product, content, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Oversee the creation and production of multimedia learning assets, including video, motion graphics, and interactive content.
- Manage external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and learner engagement data to inform ongoing creative strategy.
- Push creative boundaries while ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and effectiveness for diverse audiences.
Requirements
8+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in EdTech, digital media, or education-related industries.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative strategy, visual direction, digital design, and brand storytelling.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with AI-powered design tools.Experience creating content for digital learning platforms or educational products is highly desirable.Proven ability to lead and develop teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Passion for education, technology, and learner-centered design, with a strong sense of visual storytelling.Benefits
