Job Title : Renovation Technician - START ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Renovation Technician to join our team full-time. The position requires working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is initially temporary with the opportunity to become permanent based on satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior apartment renovations including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair electrical systems and appliances.
• Conduct installation and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to apartment residents.

Work Environment

The position requires working in a residential setting, performing various renovation tasks. You will be expected to provide your own tools as per the Apartment Reno - Interior Tech Tool List. The standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes the possibility of being on-call for emergencies for one week after hire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
