Job Description :

We’re hiring a motivated, skilled Real Estate Listing Agent to join our prestigious team. As part of The Levi Rodgers Group, you'll collaborate with industry-leading professionals and gain exclusive access to high-quality Zillow seller leads through our direct partnership with Zillow.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Seller Leads : Effectively use exclusive Zillow seller leads provided directly from Zillow to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
• Property Evaluations : Perform thorough property assessments, create precise pricing strategies, and develop detailed market analysis reports.
• Listing Management : Manage property preparation, staging, and marketing to ensure listings meet our exceptional standards.
• Client Service : Provide excellent service and guidance to sellers from the initial consultation through closing.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Continuous Learning : Keep up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and opportunities in the Texas real estate market.
