Marcus & Millichap Century City is seeking a licensed and motivated Inside Sales Agent ready to take the next step in commercial real estate. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, hands-on training, and mentorship from top producers, serving as a proven pathway toward becoming a full Listing Agent.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will generate qualified opportunities, build pipelines, and support brokers in driving consistent deal flow. You’ll gain exposure to client development, property analysis, and commercial transaction strategies while sharpening the skills needed to eventually run your own listings with confidence.

Marcus & Millichap provides the structure, systems, and coaching to help new professionals grow quickly and sustainably. You’ll start by supporting experienced brokers and transition into your own production as you build experience and momentum.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

Compensation : $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Qualifications :

  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Real estate license required
