Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital strategies for patient recruitment and engagement across multiple touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of processes and identify optimization opportunities
Analyze patient journeys and optimize conversion points to enhance activation rates
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital strategy, lead generation, or conversion optimization
Strong understanding of customer journeys and full-funnel engagement strategies
Experience in tracking, attribution, and data flow management across digital ecosystems
Proficient in SiSense, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
Preferred : BS / BA in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
