What You'll Do... As a Lead Wildlife Technician, you'll take the lead in safely removing and preventing wildlife from entering homes and businesses. You'll oversee complex jobs, guide team members in the field, and ensure high-quality workmanship and humane animal handling. Your day-to-day work will include inspecting properties, identifying animal entry points, and leading repairs to seal and secure structures. This is a hands-on role that requires strong construction and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and train others. You should be comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and roofs, and using a wide range of tools and materials. The ideal candidate has experience with carpentry, light construction, and general contracting work, including working with wood, metal, hardware cloth, and concrete or cement mixtures to repair and seal structures against wildlife intrusions. You'll be making a real impact by protecting homes and businesses, ensuring long-term solutions, and setting the standard for professionalism, safety, and humane wildlife control.
