Registered Nurse – Jail Vaccination Team\n\nSummary : \nThe Registered Nurse will support the Viral Hepatitis Program by conducting vaccination clinics in county jails across East Tennessee. This role focuses on providing immunizations, health education, and public health outreach to justice-involved populations.\n\nKey Duties : \n

• Plan and conduct vaccination clinics in correctional facilities.\n
• Administer vaccines and monitor for side effects.\n
• Educate individuals on viral hepatitis prevention and vaccination benefits.\n
• Maintain accurate medical records and vaccination data.\n
• Ensure vaccine storage and handling meet CDC standards.\n
• Participate in program meetings and coordinate with facility staff.\n
• Perform emergency responses including BLS and CPR as needed.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).\n
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.\n
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.\n\nFocus : \nPublic health nursing, vaccination, and disease prevention within correctional settings.\n\nJob Type : Contract\n\nPay : $40.72 - $44.00 per hour\n\nWork Location : In person
