Title Specialist

We are seeking a Title Specialist to support high-volume vehicle title processing and resolution efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience handling title-related issues within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming title issues via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough responses.
• Take full ownership of title issues from start to resolution or escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
• Process vehicle titles across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.
• Receive packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Distribute incoming titles to the correct department.
• Review and verify title documents.
• Create documentation needed for title marketability.
• Sort titles by VIN and route them to the correct buyer.
• Upload verified titles into the internal system.

Top Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing and resolving title issues.
• Proven ability to manage title workloads with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contacting agencies, customers, or lienholders to resolve title discrepancies.
• Experience in automotive-related customer service roles.
• Experience sending titles to buying dealers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.

Work Environment:

• Fully on-site role.
• Parking/tram expenses apply ($80$90/month).

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
