As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with all personnel. This driving post requires a valid driver's license.

Pay Rate : $18.48 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor for unusual activity and / or potential hazards during patrols and report any observations according to established protocols.

Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and greeting employees, visitors, and contractors as required.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Complete required documentation and reports regarding activities, incidents, and / or observations during the shift.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
