About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a background in Anesthesiology for a locum tenens assignment in Illinois. This 12-week opportunity begins on Nov 3, 2025, and features day shifts from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, managing 5-7 surgical cases daily. The assignment is ideal for CRNAs skilled in a variety of anesthesia procedures, looking to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Schedule : 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm; estimated 4 shifts per month

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage 5-7 surgical cases per day

Provide anesthesia care, including intubation, spinal anesthesia, and Bier block

Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures

Collaborate closely with the surgical and perioperative teams

Adhere to best practices and facility protocols

Additional Information

Active Illinois RN and CRNA license required

Must have ACLS and BLS certifications

Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology

DEA and CSR licenses required

Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience in surgical settings
