Territory Manager of Operations - Southern California (on-site)

Overview

Territory Manager of Operations is a regional leader who ensures organizational, operational, financial, and revenue goals are met within a designated region. The role involves managing a series of customers, mobile units (MRI, PET, CT), and the associated technicians and patient coordinators. The Territory MO has P&L responsibility for the site locations within the region and is responsible for delivering year-over-year net revenue growth and profitability. This includes strategic planning and execution, driving operational excellence, partnering with the sales organization to develop business opportunities within the region, and delivering client-based operational solutions to support identified and potential customer needs. The Territory MO will work with the Area Director of Operations and senior leadership on identifying, planning, and coordinating operational initiatives, tracking performance against KPIs, and coaching team members to ensure optimal performance, patient satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements : Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must possess at least five (5) years of experience in a Healthcare Sales and / or Operations Management role (healthcare service environment preferred). Prior Diagnostic Imaging experience is preferred but not required. The role requires 60% travel. The COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations on the development and delivery of the regional operations budget.
• Monitor regional operations performance and forecast to budget; review P&L performance for each site within the region.
• Support the Area DO in building long-term operations plans to drive operational excellence; lead patient, customer, and team member satisfaction initiatives; balance regional resources; track and report performance / progress to Senior Management.
• Manage Team Member performance; analyze performance against KPIs; coach / mentor to ensure high levels of individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on strategic account management; identify opportunities to build additional service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support business development through strategic account planning; cultivate consultative relationships with hospital leadership to identify mobile-to-fixed conversions, new service lines, or acquisition targets.
• Maintain regional regulatory compliance; monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations; ensure quality and safety programs and high standards of patient care.
• Oversee full HR lifecycle : recruiting, hiring, performance management, talent development, and termination; partner with LAT operations as appropriate; perform other special projects as assigned.

More than 50% of the time : sit, stand, walk; repetitive hand / arm / leg movements; see, speak, and hear to communicate with patients. Less than 50% of the time : stoop, kneel, crawl; climb and balance; carry and lift (ability to move non-ambulatory patients for transfer or exam).
