A well established law firm near Forsyth County seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to join their dynamic team. As part of the litigation team, you'll handle diverse cases across the firm's core specialties which include :

• Government Law
• Employment Law
• Real Estate Litigation
• Land Use & Zoning
• Business Litigation
• Government Contracts
• Construction Law

We are seeking an attorney with strong experience independently managing cases from inception through resolution and involvement in all stages of litigation. Core responsibilities include, drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, and providing strategic counsel to clients. Individuals with prior government law experience are encouraged to apply, and most litigation backgrounds will be considered.
