Assembler Position Overview :

Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for deburring, buffing, and polishing of medical device instruments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Use microscope to inspect your work
• Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr
• Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components
• Maintain necessary logs
• Provide necessary information to other team members and departments
• Trouble shoot minor errors
• Report job status / progress to members of management team.
• Maintain quality, safety control standards

Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications ) :

Good hand to eye coordination

Ability to speak, read (English)

Excellent communications skills

Friendly and cheerful outlook

Flexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time
