Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation :

  • Engage with healthcare providers on the benefits of Kite CAR T as a treatment path versus other treatment options for appropriate patients.
  • Drive day to day demand generation activities.
  • Identify and map out patient referral pathways within the hematology networks in the assigned territory and facilitate patient access to treatment.
  • Articulate target patient profile and provide product education to drive demand for Kite CAR T therapies.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor sales progress and action plans.
  • Educate and ensure ATC comfort with CAR T process.
  • Provide clinical instruction to clinical staff.
  • Help Key Account Director educate customers at treatment center on CAR T access / reimbursement protocols.
  • Record field activities in CRM.
  • Support promotional activities.

Account Engagement :

  • Navigate a complex account environment.
  • Build and develop professional relationships within targeted academic hospitals.
  • Collaborate and help prioritize Key Account Director efforts.
  • Facilitate and provide timely feedback.
  • Collaborate and develop effective relationships.
  • Gather and share customer insights.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities.
  • Manage ongoing compliance-related activities.
  • Patient Access and Reimbursement Support :

  • Identify and map patient referral pathways within the hematology networks.
  • Provide support to Kite Konnect Case Managers.
  • Educate on patient registration process.
  • Build awareness of patient and caregiver travel and lodging support.
  • Support office staff with specific reimbursement patient case resolution.
  • The salary range for this position is $177,905.00 - $230,230.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
