Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by preparing 1040 Individual and Schedule C Small Business Returns for our upcoming Tax Season.

Training Available with Growth Opportunities!
Remote Opportunities Available.

Responsibilities :

Prepare Individual and Business Tax Returns

Provide, gather and document information from clients.

Perform general clerical work as needed.

Document and update customer records based on tax preparation and client status

Maintain and uphold a basic knowledge base of tax preparation service, IRS, State Tax Laws and Due Diligence.

 Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus.

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well individually or with others.
