What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Total Rewards who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko

As a Total Rewards Lead, you will be empowered to construct and integrate our global C&B programs as well as to align country specific approaches in regions, present the value of our policies to the teams outside HR, and stay connected with the business. You will be a part of our Total Rewards Team and work closely with the Regional HR and country HR people especially in our integration agenda for Europe region.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementing total reward policies,
• Prepare a "total rewards integration" roadmap and ensuring the cooperation of all the parties in implementation
• Analyz and evaluating existing compensation and benefits programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct benchmarks & research on benefit implementation (LTI, pension plans, flexible benefits), anticipating market trends in order to provide clear and accurate information and to ensure the organization remains competitive and attractive to employees
• Make recommendations based on data analysis that comply with our global strategy and specific markets regulations
• Coordinate the ongoing C&B cycles : annual salary review, bonuses, performance, benefits review, etc.
• Develop and delivering training and communication programs to ensure employees understand and are informed about C&B programs
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
